Muay Thai or Thai Boxing as its more commonly known....

dates back over 2000 years. Sometimes referred to as " the science of eight limbs " or " eight point fighting " boxers can attack and defend using feet, knees, elbows and fists. Developed for the battle field it has evolved into the most effective ring sport of today.

Classes are a mix of technique and application. A warm up will start at a moderate pace and cover basic stretching, shadow boxing, skipping and bag work. A typical class will also consist of pad work, circuit training and technique sparring.  We use controlled contact in classes and gradually build up levels of fitness and skill. COACH/FOUNDER: STEVE BROOME

A fighter of average ability, Steve found his calling as a coach and trainer. With Ten years of Thai Boxing behind him, including time spent training in Thailand, he has developed his  knowledge by training and observing the best coaches in the UK. Believing in solid technique and staying true to the spirit of Muay Thai. He attributes his skills to hard work and dedication, sometimes travelling 100 mile round trips to train.


COACH: DEAN JAMES


Dean is trained by Tony Myers and fights for the Pra Chao Sua Camp, He has fantastic technique, balance
and ability. An accomplished fighter, he recently added the WMC European Title to his  IKF Commonwealth, ISKA Commonwealth and ISKA British titles. As a coach he also has an excellent knowledge of muay thai and is a fully qualified A`Class judge.
