Muay Thai or Thai Boxing as its more commonly known dates back over 2000 years. Sometimes referred to as "the science of eight limbs" or " eight point fighting " boxers can attack and defend using feet, knees, elbows and fists. Developed for the battle field it has evolved into the most effective ring sport of today.


TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 7-8PM:

A warm up will start at a moderate pace and include basic stretching, shadow boxing and bag work. A typical class will also include hitting pads and Technique work. The emphasis is on developing strong basics and improving fitness levels.


TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 8-9PM:

Students are encouraged to complete the first class which will complement and provide a good warm up for the fighters class. Specific fight drills and sparring are the main focus with more advanced pad
work and conditioning drills.


We use controlled contact and gradually increase students fitness levels and conditioning.

Many of our students wish to visit the home of Muay Thai, Thailand. We have for the last few years visited Bangkoks best gyms for training ranging from a week to a month taking members of all abilities.
